Our UPS Workshop
Our 13,000 ㎡ voltage stabilizer workshop runs 25 production lines, supported by a mold center, product testing lab, and dedicated workshops for winding, assembly, sheet metal work, and aging tests. Quality Control
- Every voltage stabilizer undergoes a 100% routine inspection before shipment:
Visual & mechanical check → Safety tests (insulation, dielectric strength, earth continuity) → Regulation performance test at no-load / half-load / full-load → Protection function verification (OV/UV/overload/short-circuit/over-temperature) → Full-load aging test → Noise & display check → Final inspection, record filing & packaging. - Max voltage regulation accuracy: ±1%, THD ≤3%, full-load efficiency ≥95%.
- Our products meet IEC standards with CE & RoHS certifications.
Packing & Shipment
- Voltage stabilizers come in shockproof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof export packaging. Small units use reinforced cartons; large industrial models adopt IPPC heat-treated wooden crates or pallets. Machines include corner buffers, insulated terminals, and desiccants to prevent condensation and corrosion. Outer boxes are marked with Fragile, This Side Up, Keep Dry, and clear shipping marks.
- Air Freight: Complies with IATA rules. Terminals are insulated, and loose metal parts are secured.
- Sea Freight: Enhanced protection against salt spray. Solid wood packaging must carry valid IPPC marks to avoid quarantine detention.
