Our Voltage Stabilizer Workshop
Our 13,000 ㎡ voltage stabilizer workshop runs 25 production lines, supported by a mould centre, product testing lab, and dedicated workshops for winding, assembly, sheet metal work, and ageing tests. With 200 team members, including 32 technical engineers, we produce over 1,000 voltage stabilizers daily.

Packing & Shipment
- Voltage stabilizers are packed in shockproof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof export packaging. Small units use reinforced cartons; large industrial models adopt IPPC heat-treated wooden crates or pallets. Machines include corner buffers, insulated terminals, and desiccants to prevent condensation and corrosion. Outer boxes are marked with Fragile, This Side Up, Keep Dry and clear shipping marks.
- Air Freight: Complies with IATA rules. Terminals are insulated, and loose metal parts are secured.
- Sea Freight: Enhanced protection against salt spray. Solid wood packaging must carry valid IPPC marks to avoid quarantine detention.

FAQ
It continuously senses the output voltage, compares it with a reference voltage, and corrects any deviation using relay tap switching, servo motor adjustment, solid-state compensation, or inverter conversion.
Common types include household/single-phase voltage stabilizers, three-phase voltage stabilizers, servo voltage stabilizers, static voltage stabilizers, and inverter voltage stabilizers.
They are widely used in homes, offices, factories, medical equipment, telecom base stations, data centers, laboratories, and areas with unstable power supply.
A transformer changes voltage from one level to another but does not regulate fluctuations. A voltage stabilizer actively maintains a stable output voltage, protecting equipment from unstable input power.
