Our Soft Starters Workshop
Our 13,000 ㎡ voltage stabilizer workshop runs 25 production lines, supported by a mold center, product testing lab, and dedicated workshops for winding, assembly, sheet metal work, and aging tests. With 200 team members, including 32 technical engineers, we produce over 1,000 voltage stabilizers daily.
Quality Control
- Every voltage stabilizer undergoes a 100% routine inspection before shipment:
Visual & mechanical check → Safety tests (insulation, dielectric strength, earth continuity) → Regulation performance test at no-load / half-load / full-load → Protection function verification (OV/UV/overload/short-circuit/over-temperature) → Full-load aging test → Noise & display check → Final inspection, record filing & packaging. - Max voltage regulation accuracy: ±1%, THD ≤3%, full-load efficiency ≥95%.
