Safety & Protection: Over/Under‑Voltage Cutoff at ± 10% of rated output (e.g., 342 V/418 V).
Overload & Short‑Circuit Protection: 150% overload for 5 min, 200% for 1 min; built‑in current limiting.
Three‑Phase Imbalance Guard: Automatically corrects phase imbalances to protect motors and transformers.
Thermal Management: Forced-air IP54 fans (water cooling optional) and a 120°C cutoff sensor.
Manual Bypass: Copper busbar ensures uninterrupted power during maintenance.

Visual & mechanical check → Safety tests (insulation, dielectric strength, earth continuity) → Regulation performance test at no-load / half-load / full-load → Protection function verification (OV/UV/overload/short-circuit/over-temperature) → Full-load aging test → Noise & display check → Final inspection, record filing & packaging. - Max voltage regulation accuracy: ±1%, THD ≤3%, full-load efficiency ≥95%.

Packing & Shipment
- Voltage stabilizers are packed in shockproof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof export packaging. Small units use reinforced cartons; large industrial models adopt IPPC heat-treated wooden crates or pallets. Machines include corner buffers, insulated terminals, and desiccants to prevent condensation and corrosion. Outer boxes are marked with Fragile, This Side Up, Keep Dry and clear shipping marks.
- Air Freight: Complies with IATA rules. Terminals are insulated, and loose metal parts are secured.
- Sea Freight: Enhanced protection against salt spray. Solid wood packaging must carry valid IPPC marks to avoid quarantine detention.
