Key Information
Dry-type transformers use air or epoxy resin insulation. They are fire-resistant, explosion-proof, leak-free, and easy to maintain, ideal for indoor, high-rise, subway, and commercial applications. Oil-immersed transformers use oil for insulation and cooling, offering good heat dissipation, large capacity, high efficiency, and lower cost. They suit outdoor substations and industrial/mining power distribution, but require fire/explosion precautions and regular oil maintenance. Selection depends on capacity, environment, safety, and maintenance cost

Autotransformer vs. Dry-Type Transformer: What’s the Difference?
Autotransformers are classified by winding structure: the primary and secondary share part of the winding, with no electrical isolation, offering high efficiency, small size, and low cost. Dry-type transformers are classified by cooling and insulation medium: they are not oil-immersed and use air or epoxy resin insulation, making them oil-free, fire-resistant, and suitable for indoor use. These two classifications are different and can be combined, such as in a dry-type autotransformer. Selection depends on whether isolation is required and the installation environment
OurThree Phase Transformer Workshop
Our 13,000 ㎡ voltage stabilizer workshop runs 25 production lines, supported by a mold center, product testing lab, and dedicated workshops for winding, assembly, sheet metal work, and aging tests. With 200 team members including 32 technical engineers, we achieve a daily output of over 1,000 voltage stabilizers.

Packing & Shipment
- Voltage stabilizers are packed in shockproof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof export packaging. Small units use reinforced cartons; large industrial models adopt IPPC heat-treated wooden crates or pallets. Machines include corner buffers, insulated terminals, and desiccants to prevent condensation and corrosion. Outer boxes are marked with Fragile, This Side Up, Keep Dry and clear shipping marks.
- Air Freight: Complies with IATA rules. Terminals are insulated, and loose metal parts are secured.
- Sea Freight: Enhanced protection against salt spray. Solid wood packaging must carry valid IPPC marks to avoid quarantine detention.
