What is a single phase transformer？
♦A single-phase transformer is an electrical energy transducer that transfers electrical energy between two or more circuits through electromagnetic induction.

Working requirements:
- Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with the highest monthly average temperature not exceeding +30°C;
- Installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
- At +40 °C ambient temperature, relative humidity should not exceed 50%, with higher humidity allowed at lower temperatures. The maximum average humidity in the dampest month can reach 90%, with the lowest average temperature of that month being +25°C. Consider condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.

Visual & mechanical check → Safety tests (insulation, dielectric strength, earth continuity) → Regulation performance test at no-load / half-load / full-load → Protection function verification (OV/UV/overload/short-circuit/over-temperature) → Full-load aging test → Noise & display check → Final inspection, record filing & packaging. - Max voltage regulation accuracy: ±1%, THD ≤3%, full-load efficiency ≥95%.
