- The inspection starts with visual and mechanical checks, followed by safety tests for insulation, dielectric strength, and earth continuity.
- We then verify regulation performance at no-load, half-load, and full-load, and confirm protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, and over-temperature.
- Each unit also undergoes a full-load ageing test, noise and display check, final inspection, record filing, and packaging.
- Voltage regulation accuracy: up to ±1%. THD: ≤3%. Full-load efficiency: ≥95%.
